Primulina CW’s Golden Pin Dream

Primulina ‘CW’s Golden Pin Dream’, 2023, IR231858, hybridized by Wei-Chuen Chou, Zi-Bing Xin, Fang Wen; Guangxi Institute of Botany & Gesneriads Conservation Center of China; Guilin, China. (P. bullata x P. heterochroa). Cross made 03.31.2019, seeds planted 07.23.2019, first flowering 04.10.2021. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, acaulescent. Leaves green, ca. 10 cm long, ca. 5.5 cm wide, 2-5 cm petiole, with clear silvery veins, thick, fleshy, pubescent both surfaces, elliptic to lanceolate with acute tip, cuneate base, entire margin, hairy. Calyx split, dark brown, ca. 8 mm. Length of the pedicel ca. 3.3 cm, 6 or more flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, ca. 4 cm long, ca. 2.5 cm wide, mixed color with light purple, orange-red, pink and yellow. Prefers brightly scattered natural light; moist but well-drained & calcium-rich substrate (equal to PH ≥7.0); do not overfertilize and overwater.
