Streptocarpus Cecily

Streptocarpus ’Cecily’. 1999, IR99584, J. Ford, OH. [1998]. (‘Ruby River’ x ‘Forget Me Not’).Fertile but reproducible only vegetatively. Rosette mature in 15-20 cm (6-8 in.) pot. Leaves hairy, dark green, 15 cm long x 4 cm wide, elliptic with crenate margin, acute tip and cuneate base. 1-2 flowers per peduncle. Corolla salverform, tube 6 cm long, limb 4 cm x 4 cm, two upper lobes light purple with light lavender throat, lower three lobes purple with deeper purple veining in center, two very fine yellow lines between the lower lobes, all edges slightly ruffled.
