Primulina ‘GCCC’s Die Xia’, 2023, IR231944, hybridized by Xin Zi-Bing, Wei Yi-Gang, Wen Fang, Chou Wei-Chuen; Guangxi Institute of Botany, CAS & GCCC; Guilin City, Guangxi, China. (P. dryas x P. fangdingii). Cross made 06.01.18, seeds planted 10.15.2018, first flowering 05.11.2020. Sterile. Basal rosette, acaulescent. Leaves green, thick, fleshy, pubescent on both surfaces, 7-10 cm long, 4-6 cm wide, petiole 2-4 cm long, elliptic with an acute tip, cuneate base, entire margin, hairy. Calyx split, green, 4-7 mm long. Length of the pedicel 10-15 mm, 20 or more flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 3-4 cm long, 1.5-2.5 cm wide, white, upper lip and throat orange, lower lip and throat yellow. This hybrid prefers bright scattered light, moist, well-drained, calcium-rich soil with limited fertilization.
