Primulina Palagonia

Primulina ‘Palagonia’, 2020, IR201537, hybridized by Levente Hajdu, NY, USA. (P. longgangensis x P. petrocosmeoides). Cross made 07.2019, seeds planted 08.2019, first flowering 04.2020. Reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, acaulescent, but stem prone to elongation with insufficient light. Leaves light green, 40 mm long, 25 mm wide, 5 mm petiole, ovate, with cuneate base, rounded to acute tip, entire margin. Calyx split, green 4 mm. Length of the pedicel 20 mm, 1-2 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 30 mm long x 10 mm wide, light purple with thin dark purple stripes on the exterior.
