Primulina ‘GCCC’s Fen Die Er’, 2023, IR231967, registered by Wen Fang, Chou Wei-Chuen, Wei Yi-Gang; Guangxi Institute of Botany, CAS & GCCC, Guilin City, Guangxi, China. (P. wentsaii x P. wentsaii). Natural mutation in the wild. First flowering 11.11.2022. Fertile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, acaulescent. Leaves yellowish green to green, 8-12 cm long, 2-3 cm wide, petiole ca.4 cm, linear with an acute tip, cuneate base, entire margin, smooth. Calyx split, pale green, 5-8 mm long. Length of pedicel 3-4 cm, 10 or more flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 4.8-5.5 cm long, 3.5-4 cm wide, pink. The original species has purple to purplish red flowers. This variety prefers bright scattered light, moist, well-drained, calcium-rich soil with limited fertilization.
